Welcome to our website. This website is owned and operated by Senshi LLC, doing business as DonebySJ, Claws&Co., SJ's Workshop, and OnlyHands (collectively referred to as "we", "us", "our", or the "Company"). 

By accessing our website, purchasing physical or digital products, or submitting commission forms, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Intellectual Property & Digital Usage (OnlyHands) 

All graphic designs, artwork, templates, digital downloads, and website content displayed on this site are the sole intellectual property of Senshi LLC and its brand OnlyHands.

• Digital Purchases: Purchased digital assets are licensed to you for personal use only (or specific commercial use if explicitly stated in writing). You may not resell, redistribute, modify, or sub-license our raw digital files. 

• Custom Designs: The Company retains copyright ownership of all custom design concepts until final invoices are paid in full, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the individual design agreement.

2. Custom Commissions & Craft Orders (SJ's Workshop, OnlyHands, & Claws&Co.)

• Design Briefs: Clients must provide accurate, detailed specifications via our digital inquiry forms. We are not responsible for errors resulting from vague or missing information. 

• Press-On Nail Commissions (Claws&Co.): Sizing for custom press-on nails is calculated visually based entirely on the customer-provided photos featuring a flat U.S. quarter coin next to their hand. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide clear, well-lit, top-down photos with a legitimate U.S. quarter resting completely flat next to their fingers. The Company is not responsible or liable for poorly fitting press-on sets if the provided photos are blurry, angled, distorted, or use incorrect coin scaling. 

• Physical Craft Commissions (SJ's Workshop): While measurements are not required for all craft orders, certain custom projects may be built based on dimensions provided by the customer. If specific measurements are submitted for an order, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure all heights, widths, and specifications are completely accurate. The Company is not responsible or liable for fitting issues if the dimensions provided by the customer are incorrect. 

• Revision Rules & Production Limits: For any custom commissions across our brands (OnlyHands, SJ's Workshop, and Claws&Co.), the base project price includes exactly one (1) round of minor revisions before official creation or digital finalizing begins. Any additional revisions requested during this planning phase will incur extra service charges. Once physical production, cutting, assembly, painting, or gluing starts for physical crafts or custom nail sets, no further revisions, changes, or alterations can be made to the order, and all sales remain final. 

 

3. Shipping, Timelines, Sales Tax, & Payments (Senshi, SJ's Workshop, & Claws&Co.) 

 

• Flexible Turnaround Times: Because our crafts, graphic designs, and custom press-on nails are handcrafted or custom-built, any turnaround timelines discussed or listed on the Site are estimates only. The Company does not guarantee exact completion or delivery dates, as timelines fluctuate based on complexity and current commission queues for artistic space sake. 

• Website Checkout Shipping: For ready-made products purchased directly through our website shop, shipping fees are calculated by weight and locked in at checkout.

• Custom Commission Shipping (Forms): For custom crafts, designs, and press-on nail commissions initiated via our inquiry forms, any initial shipping numbers discussed are non-binding estimates. Final shipping fees for commissions are calculated at the time of project completion based on actual carrier rates via Pirate Ship. The customer is responsible for paying this actual shipping cost before the physical package is sent.

• Blended Fulfillment: Orders containing a mix of custom-printed apparel (fulfilled by our production partners) and handmade studio inventory may arrive in separate packages at different times. 

• Taxes: Website Shop Products: All ready-made products displayed directly in our online shop are inclusive of applicable state and local sales tax. Custom Commissions (Forms & Quotes): Prices quoted for custom crafts, nail sets, and design services via our inquiry forms do not include sales tax. Applicable Kansas destination-based sales tax will be calculated and added to the total cost of your final project invoice based on your delivery address. Out-of-state commissions are exempt from local sales tax unless required by federal law.

• Payment Terms & Processing: All payments must be processed and cleared securely through our integrated website checkout system (such as Wix Payments, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay) or authorized digital invoice links before any digital file delivery, physical material crafting, or shipment generation begins. By submitting your payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge the full transaction amount.

• Billing Disputes & Chargebacks: You agree to contact our customer support team to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, credit card issuer, or digital wallet provider (including Google Pay and Apple Pay).

• Returns:  
  Printful Return Policy: All orders from OnlyHands Merch are fulfilled by Printful. "Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense."   Senshi Return Policy: The biggest goal of Senshi is for you to love what you wear. Senshi products are handmade with love so please reference the care instructions to ensure their longevity. Orders are eligible for return up to 15 days from the delivery date. Here is what makes our items eligible for return: 
  1. Clothes must be unwashed, not stretched, and unaltered. 
  2. No stains, marks, rips, perfumes, or strong smells. 
  3. For faulty or wrong items, the shipping for these will be covered by Senshi. 

• SJ’s Workshop Return Policy: Orders are eligible for return up to 7 days from the delivery date. Here is what makes our items eligible for return: 
  1. Item is undamaged and unaltered. 
  2. There must be no oils, lotions, or perfumes on the item. 
  3. For faulty or wrong items, shipping will be covered by SJ’s Workshop. 

• Refunds: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of digital graphic design work, custom craft commissions, and custom press-on nails, all sales are final. Exceptions are only made if a non-custom item arrives physically damaged or defective. 
   

4. Live Streaming Broadcasts, Tips, and Monetization (Twitch, TikTok, & OnlyHands)

• Voluntary Contributions: The Company accepts tips and digital gifts (including Twitch Bits and TikTok Diamonds) across its live streaming broadcast channels. By submitting a tip or digital gift through our website, Streamlabs, Stripe, PayPal, or any integrated payment processor, you explicitly agree that the payment is entirely voluntary and is made as a direct support contribution to the Company.

• Strict Non-Refundability: All tips and digital gifts are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. No physical products, digital files, custom commissions, or exclusive services are being purchased, promised, or exchanged in return for a tip.

• Stream Moderation & Banning: Sending a tip or digital gift does not grant you immunity from chat moderation, nor does it buy special privileges. The Company reserves the complete right to timeout, restrict, or permanently ban any user from our live streams, Twitch chat, TikTok chat, and community spaces (such as Discord) for violating community guidelines. Banned users are strictly ineligible for refunds on any past tips or digital gifts.

• Chargeback Consequences: You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, credit card company, or digital wallet provider for any tip. Initiating a chargeback for a voluntary tip will be treated as fraudulent activity, resulting in an immediate and permanent ban across all Company streaming channels, discord servers, and a permanent refusal of service for any current or future custom crafts, designs, or nail commissions across all Senshi LLC brands.
   

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kansas law, Senshi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital assets, physical crafts, or custom nail sets. 

5. Governing Law 

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
