We collect personal information necessary to process transactions and manage custom creative commissions. 

• Wix Analytics: We use Wix's automatic platform tracking to monitor site traffic, session data, and visitor interactions to maintain site performance and optimize user experience. You can view the tracking files used by reviewing the Wix Cookie List. 

• Physical Product Orders & Shipments (Senshi, Claws&Co., & SJ's Workshop): For ready-made shop goods requiring delivery, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number to fulfill physical shipments and reverse-calculate destination-based state sales tax (which is included in the shop product price). For custom commissions initiated via our inquiry forms, this data is used to calculate and add applicable destination-based sales tax to your total final invoice

• Craft & Nail Commissions (SJ's Workshop & Claws&Co.): When you request a custom craft commission or custom press-on nail set, we collect your name, email address, contact details, project preferences, and required reference photos (including coin-scaling images). Depending on the specific project, we may also collect physical measurements provided by you. We use this information to calculate sizing, prepare materials, discuss creative briefs, and finalize your physical items.  

• Digital Services & Design Commissions (OnlyHands): When submitting our graphic design inquiry and menu request forms, we collect your name, email address, billing address, and specific design details, text prompts, or reference briefs. These deliverables are completed and delivered entirely digitally via email or secure download links.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information with trusted third-party service providers to fulfill your orders and services: 

• Shipping Carriers & Label Services: We share your name, shipping address, and contact details with shipping fulfillment partners and label creation services (including Printful, Pirate Ship and carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) strictly to generate shipping labels and deliver your physical packages. 

• Payment Processors: Your transaction data is encrypted and securely processed through our integrated gateway partners (such as Wix Payments, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Stripe). We do not store your raw credit card data on our servers.
